The 9th annual Grandview Avenue Farmers Market's season kicks off on Saturday, June 2nd in the parking lot adjacent to Vino Vino and Figlio's restuarant. The farmers market runs every Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm thru October 27th and features live music from local performers and a weekly drawing for two Grandview Theatre tickets. New this year is the "Culinary Creations" Tastings and Demonstrations Tent sponsored by Whole Foods Lane Avenue. The market is managed by the Pearl Alley Growers Association (PAGA). The market is still accepting applications for a limited number of seasonal and guest vendor openings. Guest vendors may participate in the market once/month for a free of $15.00 and selling or promoting products/services in these specialty areas: gardening, wellness, entertaining and cooking or eco-friendly.
